Bellevue ISD is taking sealed bids on two land lots for sale.
The first lot is listed as Parcel 1902 on the Clay County Appraisal District Map. It is located at 760 Betz at the corner of Betz and 7th Street, with a backstop on the property.
The second lot is listed as Parcel 35148 on the Clay County Appraisal District Map. It is located at 719 Campbell Street, Bellevue, TX 76228, across from the Ag Shop.
Sealed bids can be sent to Wade Wesley, Bellevue ISD, PO Box 38, Bellevue, Texas 76228. Bids are due to the office by 3:00 pm on March 19, 2025.
